Regular updates on the project will be sent on the 1st of every month, until fulfillment (shipping orders) begins. At that point, an additional update on the 15th of each month will also be sent to give you a better idea how fulfillment is going.

I've got another update for you today. Key points below the video.
Wyrmwood backs up our delivery window estimates. Any backer whose order is not shipped by the last day of their estimated delivery month is due to be issued a $25 Gyft Certificate to WyrmwoodGaming.com. [Typically, this is done via physical certificates shipped with your order, but this is subject to change.] This offer is limited to those that complete their survey on time, so be sure to fill it out this weekend if you haven't yet!
A link to your survey was emailed to you via BackerKit. You can also access your survey by logging into your BackerKit account here: https://www.backerkit.com/backer_accounts - from here, look to the top of the page and click on the link that says 'Find A Survey' and enter the name of the project: Hexagonal Gaming System. Follow the link that appears when you search the project and you will be able to customize your order.
Starting Monday after lockdown, we will begin the process of applying Gyft Certificates to orders for those that listed their codes in response to that survey question.
Orders with outstanding balances will be charged on Friday, October 22nd.

Tabletop Tiles dominated the campaign, accounting for a full 2/3 of the project revenue
The Solo Tile was the most popular design, followed closely by the Combo Tile. The Duo Tile took the bronze trophy, lagging a bit behind the others.
When it comes to wood choices, the entry selection White Oak came out on top, with Roll The Dice being the next most popular option. Black Walnut was third in popularity.

Ed here, just sending out a quick update. Here's a brief video - key takeaways are below:
If you filled out your BackerKit survey already, and selected a Roll The Dice Tabletop Vault, Hero Vault or Hexagonal Dice Tray... we will honor your order as is
If you ordered a RTD Hexagonal Dice Tray along with either a RTD Tabletop Vault or RTD Hero Vault, we will be contacting you to collect your desired text engraving, and these items will arrive as a matched set (same wood)
Surveys lock down on 10/18, and backers will have their credit cards charged for outstanding balances on 10/22

Just a quick note to inform you that I am in the process of sending out ALL BackerKit Survey invitations right now. These will be sent to the same email address you backed the project with. If you don't see a "Response Needed" email from BackerKit by this evening, be sure to check your spam folder. If there's nothing there, either, let us know and we'll dig into it.
Note: If you use the Kickstarter mobile app on an Apple device and have selected the “Hide My Email” option, you are likely not going to receive your survey due to a known bug with the app. If this applies to you, please contact us as soon as possible with an alternative email address, and we can make sure you get it.

Passing of the Torch - Onward to Fulfillment! Update Schedule, BackerKit Details and more inside

Hey everyone!
Ed from Wyrmwood here! I'll be taking over the updates for the project now that we're settling into the production and fulfillment phase. Basically, Bobby gets all the fun reveals, exciting campaign time stuff... and I get to figure out how to actually make sure it gets to you.
Speaking of fun stuff, Bobby totally wrecked things by doing cool video updates the whole time, so now I have to do it, too. I mean, it wouldn't be fair to you, otherwise, would it? So that's below. But before we get to it... a word on the update schedule going forward!
Updates will be sent out the 1st of each month, beginning TODAY. Once the project enters fulfillment in February of 2022, we'll shift to updates on the 1st and 15th of the month, to give more details on how fulfillment is progressing. There may occasionally be an update outside of this schedule, but most of the time between now and February there will be boring process refinements and production planning, so generally you can expect to hear from me on this schedule, just to let you know everything is still moving and on track.

Tuesday, August 17th: Hexagonal Gaming System campaign launch
Friday, September 17th: campaign close
Friday, October 1st: Kickstarter funds released to Wyrmwood. Test surveys sent to 5% of backers
Monday, October 4th:All surveys sent to backers
Monday, October 18th: Surveys locked, no further changes to orders will be possible past this point (but address changes are still allowed)
Friday, October 22nd: Cards charged for BackerKit orders with outstanding balances
With the surveys locked and charged, we'll have the data and resources necessary to order materials, plan labor and production, and begin the actual production! We'll give you further updates on how this is going, with more precise dates, as we get closer to this period. After that, there's nothing left except...
February, 2022: First wave of orders scheduled to ship to backers!
Pre-orders
As you may have noticed, pre-orders for the Hexagonal Gaming System are now open! This is where those that missed the campaign can still hop in. These are estimated to ship beginning in September 2022, after the final backer orders ship. So if you know anyone that may have missed out on the campaign, feel free to spread the word!
Pre-order backers will receive notifications when new updates are posted to the project, so if you're a pre-order customer reading this - welcome!
Importantnote: pre-orders will be locked and charged every Friday, beginning next week, October 8th.
